Using AbilityProof
AbilityProof supplies company workspaces and browser-based assessment tools. Your company’s accepted agreement defines its commercial license, prices, permitted uses, and renewal dates.
Software ownership and permitted use
AbilityProof licenses access to its software; it does not transfer ownership of its code, original question text, recordings, or brand assets. Do not copy or distribute protected assessment material, publish answer keys, or reproduce our protected content in another product without written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Your independently created questions and recordings remain yours; you authorize us to store and use them to run your assessments.
Saving a custom exam does not create assessment credits. Every candidate attempt still needs an eligible unused code. Resale is permitted only under an accepted written reseller agreement specifying the software, quantity, permitted customers, and commercial terms. Test and demo codes must not be sold or represented as official certification.
Assessment screens carry ownership notices. Browser software cannot reliably block screenshots, screen recording, or photography. Candidates may save or print their own report and eligible certificate. Authorized employers may retain permitted reports and use the assessment evidence for review.
Assessment access
Each assessment code opens one candidate attempt. It can resume that attempt, but cannot start another one. A reusable company software access code opens the company’s entry page; it does not replace an assessment code or authorize another attempt. Do not share a code assigned to another candidate or attempt to access another company’s records.
Assessment records
A certificate records that the named candidate met the saved passing requirements for this assessment, including its category standards. It is not a Microsoft certification or independent identity verification. AbilityProof is not endorsed by Microsoft.
Purchased assessment codes
DeskProof and CallProof codes are purchased separately. Each code permits one candidate attempt in its named product. Code expiry and renewal terms are included in your private offer. Interactive calls are separately purchased add-ons. Earlier orders retain their agreed terms. Company-only software and testing grants retain their own access requirements. Review your private offer for the agreed code policy.
Payments and support
Prices and quantities are shown before checkout. Paid codes are issued after payment confirmation. If delivery fails, contact support; do not purchase again simply to recover an existing order. Any negotiated contract terms take precedence over general pricing.
